Do you offer pre-orders or custom mixed wax?

Currently we release our collections as ready to ship (rts) every 3 months, but recently we added a single new scent each month as a pre-order. We do not currently offer custom orders at this time, but we will in the future.

What kind of wax do you use to make your scent shots?

We use a custom hand mixed para-soy blend created by Shanel

What are your Cuticle Souffle ingredients?

I'm glad you asked that! Our Ingredients: Jojoba Seed Oil, Safflower Oil, Certified Kosher Glycerin, Shea butter, Cocoa Butter, Vitamins A, C and E and a botanical extract blend of Chamomile, Aloe, and Lavender. Our Cuticle Souffle is incredible and your skin will instantly start to absorb our souffle and go right to work making your skin soft and hydrated.

How long does your wax scent last?

This is a hard to answer question as not everyone has the same warmer or the same bulbs. But on average half a scent shot will last you anywhere from 8-12 hrs.

Why are wax melts/shots better than candles?

Candles tend to burn your fragrance oils off faster then a melt/shot. The heat from the flame keeps the wax at a higher temperature, causing a faster release. Melts/tarts are also flame-free which makes them safer to leave melting when you aren't home. On average the warmer bulb is anywhere from 15-watt to 25-watt, making it just warm enough to melt the wax, releasing the scent. Lastly wax melts/shots do not release harmful chemicals and pollutants into the air. There are plenty more reasons as to why melts/shots are better than candles, but I've just listed a few reasons.

Do you ship international?

Currently we do not and do not have plans to ship international, sorry. Customs is very picky about what they allow to be shipped into other countries. I would hate for you customs to destroy your package.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If we send you the wrong item, we'll ship out the correct item at no charge to you. Please send us an email (AmericanMadeCreations@gmail.com) with your order number and a photo of the item you received wrong. Please do NOT use the contact us form.

Why do you only ship USPS Priority Mail?

We do priority for 2 reasons. #1 being that the packages spend less time sitting around or on a hot truck. #2 because all our Priority Mail packages come insured! If you receive a damaged package, please take photos immediately and contact the USPS to file a claim.
